Dianne Jones, Senior Project Manager

Dianne Jones joined Development Advisors (DAI) in 2013 to provide site selection and incentives negotiation services to companies both publicly traded and privately held. 

Dianne’s expertise has been employed on several expansion and relocation projects, both internationally and domestically, ranging in size from $120,000 to $113 million and encompassing a broad range of fields including manufacturing, distribution, office, HQ and real estate development. Prior to joining DAI, Dianne worked for 13 years as a Senior Paralegal at the Law Firm of Hutchens, Senter, Kellam and Pettit, PA, with a focus in creditor rights and real estate.   Dianne is an active member of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) and donates her time volunteering with Dress for Success.  Dianne also sits on the board of directors for Legal Studies at her alma mater, Methodist University.
