Kenan Gay, Director

Kenan joined Development Advisors (DAI) in 2012 to provide site selection and incentive negotiation services for manufacturing, distribution, office, HQ, and real estate development projects. He has been engaged on numerous expansion and relocation projects throughout the U.S., ranging in size from $2 million to $850 million, for international and domestic companies both publicly traded and privately held. Kenan frequently speaks on the topics of site selection and incentive negotiation throughout the U.S., Europe, and China.

Prior to joining Development Advisors, Kenan worked for a vertically integrated real estate investment and operating company with a portfolio of hospitality and retail assets in twelve states

Kenan received a B.A. in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Juris Doctor from the Charlotte School of Law in Charlotte, North Carolina. He is also a licensed attorney and real estate broker in North Carolina.
