Kenan Gay, Managing Director

Kenan Gay joined Development Advisors (DAI) in 2012 to provide site selection and incentive negotiation services for manufacturing, distribution, office, HQ, and real estate development projects.  

He has been engaged on numerous expansion and relocation projects ranging in size from $2 million to $850 million, for international and domestic companies both publicly traded and privately held. Kenan frequently speaks on the topics of site selection and incentive negotiation throughout the U.S. and China, most recently in an October 2015 seminar series in the cities of Shanghai, Wuxi, Hangzhou, and Nanjing, China. Prior to joining Development Advisors, Kenan was a student at the Charlotte School of Law where he graduated magna cum laude.  While studying law, Kenan worked for a vertically integrated real estate investment and operating company with a portfolio of hospitality and retail assets in twelve states.
