Josh joined Development Advisors (DAI) in 2018 with a focus on providing leadership, management, and accountability for the organization. He is responsible for creating scalable systems for business growth, managing work flow and organizing the company’s overall strategy for success.

Josh is an experienced entrepreneur, leader and executive in multiple industries. Before joining DAI he served 3 years as Vice President of Operations for SeedSpark, helping to lead and scale one of the fastest growing tech companies and best places to work in Charlotte. Starting in 2010 he created successful companies in the fitness industry, earning awards including the Best of the Best personal training award as a coach and being one of the first Reebok Recognized Affiliates. His clients included multiple Reebok CrossFit Games competitors and event winners, as well as NBA athletes. His consulting career began in 2012 where he worked with small businesses to help them increase profitability and scale more effectively. His clients included Chinese rubber manufacturers, US fitness equipment manufactures, and fitness franchisors.
